Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products without the wait.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer up to 5 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days with Royal Mail
  • Free UK Delivery: Available on qualifying orders (where advertised)

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • USA: 7–14 working days
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

Customs & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order is returned to us, we’ll happily arrange redelivery once the additional shipping cost has been paid.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the damaged items so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
